Safety Procedures

  • Wait in your driveway away from the street until the bus arrives.
  • Do not approach the bus until it completely stops.
  • Wait for the bus to completely stop before entering or exiting.
  • No shoving or pushing while entering or exiting the bus.
  • All children must be seated and wearing a seat belt at all times.
  • No unmannerly behavior inside the bus.
  • Failure to respect the driver and follow rules will result in an automatic suspension that may result in removal from service.
  • No medicines will be administered by driver on bus.
  • If you will not be needing transportation services, please report your absence.

Policies

  • Children must be at the pickup location at the allocated time.
  • If a child is late three or more times in a week may result in your children losing their spot on the bus.
  • The driver will ensure that all children are accounted for before leaving the designated area.
  • 1-hour notice is required if your child will be absent or needs any change in transportation, please report your absence.
  • In the case of an emergency, please notify us by phone as soon as possible. 561-915-5211
  • If for any reason the bus is delayed more than 15 minutes we will inform the point of contact by phone, text, and email.
  • Three or more bus rides per week are considered weekly.
  • Payments are due no later than on first Friday of every month any payments received after first Friday of every month are considered late. Therefore a $15 late fee will be applied each day. All payments must be made online. Cash payments are not accepted.
  • No gum, eating, or drinking of any kind on the bus. Closed water bottles/lunchboxes are allowed. 
  • No foul language at any time while riding the bus.
  • Everyone must respect each other at all times.
  • Bullying will not be tolerated.
  • Destroying company property is prohibited and may result in losing your spot on the bus.

Payment (CardS Only)

  • Automatic payments required.
  • Payment are week by week basis.
  • One week notice required for all cancellation
  • All cancellations must be submitted one week prior to the new week to avoid being charged.
  • All payments are for weekly service whether service used or not used.
  • No partial refunds
  • No weekly roll over payments.or service. .
